We provide shipping services to customers worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Time:

The estimated arrival time for your order depends on two main factors:

1.Handling Time:

This is the time it takes for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. It typically takes:

  • Apparel (e.g., T-Shirts, Hoodies): 2-4 business days
  • Mugs: 1-3 business days

2.Transit Time:

  • For U.S. Orders: We partner with carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most packages are delivered by the USPS local post office, with an average transit time of 5-7 business days.
  • For International Orders: Packages are shipped using DHL eCommerce and handed over to local postal services in the destination country. Expect a transit time of 20-25 business days.

Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors.
  • Orders will be processed only if the shipping address is complete and accurate. To avoid delays, please double-check your address at checkout.
  • All shipments come with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $4.99 for the first item.
  • Additional Items: $2.50 per item for orders containing more than one item.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND INVALID ADDRESSES

Before processing your order, we verify the shipping address using USPS data. If the address is incomplete or invalid, your order will be paused until we receive confirmation from you. In cases where we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If there are any issues with your address, you will be contacted via the email provided in your order confirmation.

Important:

Please make sure all delivery information is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, packages will be returned to us, and we do not offer a re-shipping option.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

While we strive for prompt delivery, some circumstances may cause delays, including:

  • Delays caused by suppliers or carriers
  • Holiday shipping delays
  • Customs processing for international orders

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

  2. If the status shows “delivered”, please check your mailbox and other areas where the carrier might have left the package.
  3. If you still can’t find the package, reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
  4. If the tracking shows the package is still in transit, allow an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
  5. If you missed the delivery, contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.

REQUESTING A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

  • For U.S. Orders: If your order has not arrived 20 days after the shipping date, you may request a refund or replacement.
  • For International Orders: If your package has not been delivered 35 days after the shipping date, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
