REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Since each product is made to order, refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items: If you receive a product with defects or damage.
  • Incorrect items: If you receive an item in the wrong size, color, or design.

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed beyond this period.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

For a return to be processed, please ensure that:

  • The item is unworn and remains in its original condition.
  • It is returned in the original packaging with all tags or labels intact.
  • A proof of purchase is provided.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or could be eligible only for a partial refund.
